INFORMATION FOR INTERNAL SIGNALING TO STRATUS
STRATUS, in its capacity as an employer, provides the possibility of internal whistleblowing. An employee in the enterprise is designated, who is charged with the functions of receiving and registering the signals.
The employee:
– receives the signals and confirms their receipt within 7 days;
– ensures that the identity of the reporting person and any other person named in the report will be properly protected and takes the necessary measures to limit access to the report by unauthorized persons;
– maintains contact with the whistleblower, requesting additional information from them and third parties as necessary;
– provides feedback to the sender of the signal about the actions taken within a period of no longer than 3 months after the confirmation of receipt of the signal;
– maintains a register of submitted signals;
– hears the individual against whom the report has been made or accepts their written explanations;
– proposes to the management of STRATUS to take specific measures with the aim of stopping or preventing the violation in cases where it has been found or there is a real danger of its imminent commission;
An internal channel (signal@stratusbg.com) has been established to enable quicker prevention of violations or the removal of their consequences. Individuals reporting violations or irregularities in areas specified by law—such as labor and tax regulations, environmental protection, and other economic sectors—are protected if they became aware of these issues mainly in a work context, believe their statements to be true, and comply with the legal conditions when submitting the report.
